About Us

Schmitt Leadership Group, LLC was founded in 2018 by Kathleen Schmitt and Dr. Brian Schmitt to provide school districts with thoughtful, high-quality consulting rooted in authentic leadership experience.

We collaborate with exceptionally skilled educational consultants who have successfully led school districts and are recognized experts in instruction, leadership, special education, and organizational change. Our team includes former superintendents, principals, veteran teachers, and former New York State Principals and Teachers of the Year.
